BBC and Jazz FM are collaborating to produce a “Pop-up” radio station during the first few days of the London Jazz Festival (2:00 pm on Thursday 12 November to Midnight on Sunday 15th November). It will feature archive material, all the Jazz Programme presenters you’ve ever heard of (including Tony Blackburn!), previews/shows from the festival and even a masterclass by Tim Garland. It’ll be called BBC Music Jazz and will be available on DAB radio, online via BBC or Jazz FM sites and on the iPlayer and iPlayer app.
